InCruiter, the leading Interview-as-a-Service (IaaS) brand, has raised INR 10 crore in a revenue-based funding round led by Recur Club. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate its geographic expansion by promoting its recently launched interview-as-a-service in the US, Canada and Dubai markets. As part of the plan, InCruiter will open new offices in these regions and recruit new technical and sales talent to ensure seamless operations.

Since its inception in 2018, InCruiter has conducted approximately 50,000 interviews, hired more than 2,200 interviewers, and completed 1.51 million interview minutes. It has successfully served more than 250 domestic and foreign clients, including some of the top industry players such as Practo, Mahindra, Adecco, and Spinny, scaling up their recruitment process by 1.5 times. In a statement, the company said it was one of the most profitable start-ups, onboarded 127 customers in 2022 alone, demonstrated continuous improvement during these challenging times, and continued to hire talent, resulting in headcount increased by more than 60%.
