Controversy has surrounded its uses and raised questions about whether using the tool counts as cheating, with some schools even banning the program altogether.
Yet some pros are grateful for its efficiency, with a growing number of real estate agents touting how ChatGPT has made their lives easier, CNN Report.
“It saves me a lot of time,” Iowa-based realtor JJ Johannes told the outlet. He noted that while he had to do some editing before posting the listings made via ChatGPT, it has been a complete game changer. “It’s not perfect, but it’s a good place to start. My background is technology and it takes time to write something eloquent. It makes things a lot easier.”

Johannes isn’t alone in using this new tool at work. Several other real estate professionals told CNN they use ChatGPT not only to write listings, but also to draft social media posts and legal documents.
“I’ve been using it for over a month, and I can’t remember the last time it wowed me so much,” Andres Assion, a broker with Miami Real Estate Group, told the outlet.
Although ChatGPT is temporarily free, OpenAI is considering $42 monthly feeHowever, the price won’t deter a real estate agent like Asion, who says the program has greatly simplified his job.
“I could easily pay $100 or $200 a year for something like this,” he told CNN. “I’m going crazy.”
