SupplyNote, a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service provider helping food and beverage (F&B) companies digitize and automate their supply chain and procurement, has integrated Posify solutions through an acquisition agreement signed by its parent company AdCount Technologies Private Limited This enables SupplyNote to protect all of Posify’s existing customers and furthers the company’s goal of quadrupling its customer base in the next fiscal year.

According to a company statement, with the merger of Posify’s solution, SupplyNote has acquired Posify’s intellectual property and assistance from its technical team.
