Sunglasses are a Must be at any time of the year. They protect your eyes from UV rays and reduce your chances of developing diseases like cataracts and macular degeneration. They also reduce eye strain when it’s bright outside and eliminate disorienting glare while driving. Plus, they help protect your eyes from wind, rain, and flying debris.
Any cheap pair of UV glasses will do – you can find good options at drugstores or discounters like TJ Maxx and Ross – but some on the Gear team tried dozens as we ran, hiked, swam, walked Pair of sunglasses, rest in the sun, drive. These are our favorites.
